We remove all personal and customer data that is over 10 years old from our systems.

We keep our files on Dropbox.  These are kept current on a regular basis and are backed up on our local office computers which are kept in a secure office and under a password access.  Please see Dropbox Privacy Notice.  Dropbox keep their localised storage for our information within the EU.  Dropbox meets the following standards for GDPR ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 and SOC 1, 2, and 3

For project management purposes we use a software tool called Click Up.  Their compliance statement may be found here. . Click Up keep their localised storage for our information within the EU.  Click Up meets all the GDPR standards required including ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27017:2015, 27018:2019, SOC 2.
