Our Story
Developing leaders and organisations since 2004
The accumulated experience of Unlimited Potential is vast. For over 20 years our clients have benefited from:
- Being heard and receiving the right interventions, tailored to their specific needs
- Access to a pool of highly experienced coaches with a wide variety of specialisms
- The expertise that comes from having so many years of experience and shared knowledge across all sectors
Having started out as a family run business, founded by Managing Director Tim Hawkes and his father, a great deal of care has been taken to preserve the original ethos. We endeavour to maintain openness, respect, honesty and flexibility in everything we do.
Our Approach
Over the years we’ve come to realise 3 key fundamentals that form the basis of great leadership:
- the ability to disrupt and unite at the same time (our ‘Disruption-Unity Gap’ workshop is a great way to achieve this)
- a great leader is truly themselves with their eccentricities harnessed and channelled
- you can’t solve a problem with the same logic that created it
