Having started out as a family run business, founded by Managing Director Tim Hawkes and his father, a great deal of care has been taken to preserve the original ethos. We endeavour to maintain openness, respect, honesty and flexibility in everything we do.
Over the years we’ve come to realise 3 key fundamentals that form the basis of great leadership:
- the ability to disrupt and unite at the same time (our ‘Disruption-Unity Gap’ workshop is a great way to achieve this)

- you can’t solve a problem with the same logic that created it
