Experience

Sarah has over a decade of experience in one-to-one and team coaching, facilitation, and strategic support. Her recent focus includes workplace coaching for neurodivergent professionals, helping organisations build inclusive, high-performing environments. She has worked across sectors—from healthcare to criminal justice, architecture to accountancy—enabling clients to improve communication, resolve conflict, and align with a shared sense of purpose.

Her facilitation style is clear, collaborative, and outcomes-focused—ideal for leadership teams navigating change, complexity, or culture shift.

Expertise

With over two decades of leadership experience, Sarah brings a unique blend of operational management, team development, and coaching expertise to her work with individuals and organisations. After 20 years running a campsite business in the Loire Valley, France—where she led the recruitment, training, and retention of over 100 seasonal staff —Sarah returned to the UK to focus on professional and executive coaching.

She now partners with a range of organisations, including NHS trusts, police and prison services, professional services, and the charity sector. In addition to her work, Sarah volunteers with Cruse, a Bereavement charity, underlining her capacity to support individuals through significant personal and professional transitions.

Outside of work, Sarah draws on her love of challenge and community, having completed several long-distance walking treks including the Camino de Santiago and Menorca’s Saltwalk and continues to train for events like the Llangollen Round, a 35-mile hike to raise funds for Cancer Research. A firm believer in the power of nature and movement for mental clarity and resilience, Sarah also sings in a community choir that recently performed at Birmingham Symphony Hall—an experience that epitomises her belief in inclusion, harmony, and collective potential.

Coaching style

Sarah’s coaching style is pragmatic, insightful, and refreshingly human. Her sessions typically begin with a clear focus on outcomes, asking clients: “What would you like to have happen?” From there, she brings a sharp, questioning mind to help clients understand the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of their current behaviours—and unlock new, more effective approaches.

She balances challenge with empathy, offering practical tools when needed, while always trusting the client’s ability to find their own answers. Sarah is known for her deep presence, creative mindset, and ability to hold complex emotional or strategic challenges with clarity and calm. Her toolkit includes NLP Meta-Programmes for understanding thinking patterns, Parts Negotiation for resolving internal conflicts, and embodied coaching practices to integrate thinking, feeling, and action.

Coaching philosophy

Sarah believes that effective coaching begins with curiosity and non-judgement. We all carry personal ‘stuff’, and often our professional patterns are shaped by deeper beliefs and experiences. Her work helps clients bring awareness to these dynamics, so they can operate with more choice, clarity, and compassion—both at work and in life.

Whether addressing leadership development, team dynamics, neurodiversity strategy, or personal effectiveness, Sarah offers a grounded, intelligent space for real transformation. Her work is evidence-based yet highly relational, always tailored to the individual or team in front of her.
