With more than twenty-five years’ experience, Naomi is an executive coach and facilitator who works with leaders at all levels to develop their confidence, capability and credibility. Naomi brings her wealth of senior level business experience into the coaching environment, comfortable working with both groups and individuals.


As well as significant experience in designing, developing and delivering global programmes, she also works one to one coaching executives. Naomi combines a unique style of direct feedback, challenge, unwavering support and complete belief in her client’s potential. She brings considerable energy to her work and invites her clients into a creative, flexible space to really effect change. Whether working in a group situation or one to one, she supports her clients as they explore how they can have more influence in the way they operate, often incorporating a detailed review of the way individuals function and their assumptions about their business, colleagues and themselves. Her significant experience of coaching and facilitating in organisations enables Naomi to support businesses to create sustainable cultures. She also works with independent and internal coaches in offering supervision and mentor coaching for credentialing.

Coaching style

Naomi uses a co-active approach, so each session and coaching assignment is designed by partnering with the client. Naomi loves a model as much as the next person BUT is very practical when it comes to outcomes, so that clients can put into practice what they’ve learnt or discovered immediately. She is focused on creating value for her clients and their stakeholders.

Coaching philosophy

"I believe that my clients are resourceful and they, through asking the best question, will unlock new thinking and as a result changes to behaviours or approaches. My style is collaborative when it comes to setting the goals for the session and once agreed we’ll partner through challenge and support to reach the best outcome for the client. My clients hold themselves accountable for any actions arising from the sessions. I often provide additional resources to support my clients as they explore the shift to better. "
