Linn has worked in coaching and at Exec/Non-Exec Director level for over 20 years.
Her background is in the transport industry, where she negotiated several commercial contracts of over £100M pa. Her long experience of working in the Boardroom gives her a direct insight into how senior individuals and teams behave and achieve – and how they can choose to change.
Linn is a qualified Executive coach and workplace mediator. Her expertise is in “critical friend” roles, using insightful questions and appropriate challenge, to help managerial – and clinical – leaders to reflect on their behaviours, values, relationships and impact. She has worked with a wide range of clients, in public, private and voluntary sectors. She has a particular interest in people in transition, be that between cultures or roles. She has also worked with senior managers facing performance issues, to improve their personal influence and effectiveness.
Linn’s coaching style is facilitative, based on a desire to help people achieve their potential, develop greater insight, enhance influencing, and improve their relationships at work. This includes appreciative and solution-focussed challenge. She believes passionately that we all need a personal space to reflect on our achievements and our future goals – and on the more difficult areas. Linn has a special interest in people in transition, and in widening horizons to help solve problems and reduce conflict. She is flexible and works both face-to-face and through online platforms such as Skype and zoom.
