Eva is a professionally qualified and certified coach with an extensive track record (over 500 evidenced hours) of coaching a diverse range of clients, from graduates to Chief Executives and everyone in between.
She has coached clients from a broad range of sectors, including professional services, digital technology, financial, health and social care. Eva brings fourteen years of experience working with leaders in professional services and blue-chip organisations, including PA Consulting Group and Osborne Clarke LLP to her coaching practice.
Eva is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and operates under their Coaching Competencies and Global Code of Ethics. As a certified Positive Psychology Coach, Eva helps her clients reach higher performance levels by harnessing their strengths and focusing on their well-being. She also holds the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, undergoes regular supervision, and does extensive CPD to keep her skills up to date. With a Learning and Development background, Eva has experience in the whole development journey to support organisations in delivering strategic learning interventions, demonstrating a systemic approach in her work.
