Elise is an accredited, professional executive coach and career consultant. Elise set up her own coaching business more than ten years ago and has successfully worked with clients from as far afield as Hong Kong, the Middle East, Europe and the UK.  Her clients come from a wide variety of industries, sectors and backgrounds and although many are already proven leaders in their field, she also happily works with clients at all levels of their careers.

Experience

Her business background includes sitting on the board of a boutique investment company, where she was also the director of that organisation’s philanthropic foundation. Her career background includes working for a professional services company as Director of Training, working confidentially with high-profile senior executives. Prior to that she was HR Director for a joint venture company owned by Bechtel and Edison SpA. During her career, she has also worked in the world of politics, fine art, the diplomatic field and the Royal Household, as well as for a number of multi-national, blue-chip companies including a law firm and a global private investment firm in the field of technology.

Expertise

Elise is an Executive Coach and Career Consultant, with a keen interest in corporate governance. She has experience of working with potential NEDs as well as others in leadership roles. Elise has in-depth knowledge of the requirements of the recruitment and headhunting world, which helps her prepare clients to successfully structure their own career paths. As an Executive Coach, Elise works with leaders and aspiring leaders to help them develop their strengths to cope with the huge expectations that are demanded of them today.

Elise uses a wide variety of proven tools and techniques which are tailored to each client’s requirements. These include Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt and Transactional Analysis as well as management theories, personal development theories and psychological models and approaches.

Coaching style

Elise’s coaching style quickly builds rapport with her clients, whilst challenging them to develop new ways of turning their vision into reality. She supports them through the process of removing limiting self-beliefs and encourages them to reflect on their learning to develop positive outcomes.  Elise is a skilled communicator and trainer who believes every coaching session should be enjoyable as well as stretching and transformational.
