Chris brings over 30 years of experience in people management & development, in both public and private sectors. 20 years of this has been in coaching a wide variety of clients at board and director level, as well as rolling out coaching structures within organisations.

Experience

Chris’s career spans over 30 years of people management and development experience in both private and public sector organisations. Chris’s more recent experience focused on learning design for leadership development and learning transformation projects for a Silicon Valley B2B tech company, as a regional head of talent management. In addition to learning design, Chris is also a skilled facilitator and coach, having delivered successful 'people change' programs across Europe and North America.

Expertise

With over 20 years of coaching practice working with clients at board and director level, Chris has also worked with entrepreneurs, thought leaders and a variety of individuals from varied and diverse backgrounds. Chris draws on his wealth of experience of working within organisations and his knowledge of behavioural psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the use of various discovery tools. As well as providing coaching to individuals, Chris has also set up coaching structures within organisations, together with the selection and procurement of coaching solutions. Chris has a successful track record in facilitating and delivering thought provoking, and highly engaging people development programs.

Coaching style

Chris coaches from the non-directive end of the coaching spectrum, working collaboratively with his clients to agree goals and objectives, refining them along the way to achieve desired goals. His style is thought provoking, insightful and focused on unconditional positive regard for the client.

Every client possesses the resources and the answers that they need to succeed, and my job as a coach is to help you tap into those resources and filter out the external noise that sometimes gets in the way of achieving the things that are truly important to you.
