To support us with this we have a number of assessment tools including The GC index, embark diagnostic tool, the comfort zone index and our UP Coaching Management Platform. Bespoke audit tools may also be built for your requirement.
Develop - Working with you, and using our experience and expertise, to create tailored interventions that meet both individual, team and organisation requirements. This will include consultancy support, bespoke training design, e-learning and blended learning solutions.
Execute - Delivering the learning support that you need in exactly the right way, for your existing culture, to deliver results. Our bespoke and blended solutions combined with rigorous assessment ensure successful developmental outcome. Programmes may include internal meetings, training, action learning, executive coaching, mentoring and other subjects.
Assess - To ensure you achieve the results we make sure that together we measure everything we do and demonstrate the effectiveness of our work against your success criteria. To do this we have a number of models to assess at individual, team and organisational level. Tools that we use include the Embark culture diagnostic, comfort zone index, UP coaching management platform, Net Promoter Score (NPS), e-learning assessment and other methods
