We use our world-class coaching skills to work with leadership teams, breaking down barriers between the individuals.   By giving the team a shared language it allows them to talk about things that have never been covered before.

Sessions are bespoke and based on team and business requirements but can include soft skills elements such as negotiation, presenting, leadership gravitas or communication skills.  Sessions may also cover harder skills such as commercial awareness, project management and taking personal responsibility.

Our totally bespoke range of learning programmes for your leadership teams are based on your own unique business challenges and KPIs.

Our learning programmes can use a range of different learning tools, for example face-to-face workshops, e-learning, action learning sets and webinars.

We use the GC Index ® to support our facilitated learning.  The GC Index ® is different to other profiling tools in that it measures the individual’s impact on the workplace rather than the individual themselves.  The language the tool uses is positive, easy to understand and focused on outcomes.
