Pre-Coaching Questionnaire

What is it all about?

This is the first in a series of steps that are designed to change the way you think, act and lead forever through Executive Coaching. The questionnaire outlines your personal objectives and informs your sponsoring organisation (whoever pays the bill) that you want to start coaching. It is also the start of the coach matching service ensuring you get the right coach for you. Find out more about our coaches here.


Am I committing myself to anything at this stage?

No. The coach matching process is free, there is no obligation to take up coaching with Unlimited Potential as a result of sending this form.


Who fills it in?

The person who wants to receive the coaching, known as the coachee. It should not be filled in by your manager or sponsoring executive, they must fill in a Pre-coaching organisational coaching objectives questionnaire.


What if I can’t answer a question?

The questions are designed to be challenging. If you struggle to answer them then please feel free to leave them empty.


What happens once I have filled this in?

Once complete this starts a coach matching process. Unlimited Potential will send you four potential coach profiles, via e-mail, that match your development requirements. 
After looking at these profiles you choose 2 to meet for a one hour coaching session. Following this session you may choose your coach to work with.


It’s not me paying the bill

If you work for an organisation that is paying for/sponsoring this coaching then please put the key contact details of that sponsoring executive on this questionnaire.

They will then fill in a pre-coaching organisational coaching objectives questionnaire for you. If you would you like your sponsor to complete this questionnaire please tick the relevant box on the questionnaire
