Wong is a facilitator, executive coach and consultant with more than 25 years of international exposure and diversity in management and workplace coaching with Fortune 500 company. He has lived in Malaysia, PRC, UK and Hong Kong. His corporate exposure includes general and strategic management, change management and integration of major acquisition, regional and global client management, customer service, sales and marketing. He has extensive experience in workplace coaching, training and developing competencies in talent development and succession planning. He works with leading business schools (London Business School) in Executive Coaching and Education since 2009.
Wong is a coach trainer and help clients in development of coaching skills in their leaders and implementation of coaching culture in organisation. He is currently the adjunct lecturer in Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education. He lectures in Corporate Coaching and HRM programmes. His sector experience spans across industries from banking, financial services, luxury goods, branded lifestyle apparel, manufacturing, technological, chemical, airline and aviation engineering.
Wong uses brain-based approach creating a neutral and safe and toward environment to facilitate thinking and develop solutions through reflection and self-awareness. He uses Appreciative Inquiry and positive psychology to help clients reinforce development of new habits and behaviours to attain the goals.
