Vikki has a business management background. His comprehensive corporate experience includes management positions within consumer goods, automobile, information and communications technology and digitalization with brands including Mercedes-Benz, Nokia, ABB, Vaasamills, Fujitsu, ICL, Siemens and others.  He is passionate about people and leadership. Personal experiences in corporate management and entrepreneurship made him to believe in people and the enormous potential people have.  Digitalization is today on Vikki’s main agenda.  His work with customers and in the Finnish Information Society Development Center focuses on how digitalization changes our business environment and how people, companies and leadership should proact to the change.

Vikki is an executive coach and facilitator with 30 years of international experience in business and leadership development. At the Helsinki Startup Hub Maria01 Vikki focuses on startup-corporate collaboration and he is a double Super Mentor of Vertical Accelerator.  Vikki is sought out to coach leaders of fast growing companies and to boost them  in their growth path with focus on people and leadership.

Coaching style

Combining his experience in the business world with his extensive education in coaching, Vikki is sought out to coach executives in some of the fastest growing companies in the Nordics. He is a RCC certified coach and uses the Neuroleadership Institute coaching methods to support the coachee’s on their journey to growth. People choose Vikki, because he is 100% present.

Qualifications

Vikki holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Aalto University, School of Economics and he is a RCC certified leadership coach with the Neuroleadership Institute.
