Victoria is an Executive coach and change specialist. She holds an MBA, postgraduate diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and a postgraduate diploma in Counselling. She is Lean Six Sigma qualified, has change management expertise and has been a practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming for many years. She is also member of the Association for Coaching (AC).
As an executive coach, Victoria applies a number of powerful techniques to ensure her clients develop and perform to the best of their capabilities. She is particularly skillful at challenging leaders to tackle obstacles and supporting them to overcome setbacks and build resilience. In addition, she also uses a level of creativity, to assist her clients to problem solve and develop solutions, which helps them to achieve their goals.
Victoria typically works with aspiring leaders, senior leaders at director level and CEOs.
As well as her role as an Executive Coach, Victoria and is also a Board Member of a not-for-profit training organisation. Her role is focused on promoting of diversity and equality in the workplace, dealing with unconscious bias and other obstacles which prevent creating balance.
Victoria has worked with both public and private sector clients, especially in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Mental toughness /resilience and change. Example clients include, NHS, Oxfam and various councils across the UK. She has delivered talks on the area of resilience.
Prior to coaching, Victoria has worked in a number of industries in business and IT, including manufacturing, engineering, financial services, where she has strategic focus. This has brought commercial gravitas and an ability to adapt and understand a variety of clients needs.
