Ursula’s mission is to empower leaders and executives so that they can be a better leader and have a better life.   Ursula is a specialist development expert focusing on a series of fields including, Coaching, Facilitation, Teambuilding and Supervision.  She is well known for her openness and clarity in her approach. Working with Executives to generate respect, build relationships and appreciate the challenges that face them through empathy and genuine understanding. Ursula operates with leaders, directing her work at the whole person, her work may be personally or professionally focused.

Her passion for people in organisations shines through in all her work.  Her strengths are based on a widespread knowledge and long experience in business.  Her approach leaves leaders with improves communicational skills, a clearer mind and continual curiosity.


Ursula works closely with her coachees and supports them to find their individual solution.  She has excellent communication skills, is a great listener and knows how to see behind the curtain.  She is equally comfortable coaching in German or English. Her specialisms are in Coaching, Conflict Management, Supervision and Human Resource Development.  Having worked across a number of industries, including Finance, Engineering, Science and Pharma she is well experienced to operate in any organisation. She has also worked with a number of large global corporates using her multilingual approach to benefit.  Her experience with organisations including Allianz Global Corporate, BMW Group and Carl Zeiss.

Her style is solution focused, pragmatic and she has a long experience of coaching as well as a wide range of business knowledge, intercultural experience and knowledge of coaching methods.  Ursula is an open, respectful, appreciative and target orientated person.
