Trudy has worked as an executive coach for ten years after a successful corporate career in Human Resources. Prior to becoming a coach Trudy was Head of Talent Management for Telefonica O2, focusing on the development of the Top 100 executives. She has developed leaders at an individual and organisational level through coaching/mentoring and designing Executive Development Programmes. Her previous roles as HR Director and OD Consultant at American Express focused on leadership development and global change programmes.
