Tim has been at the forefront of the executive coaching community for over 10 years.  He is highly regarded as one of the UKs best executive coaches.  Tim is also managing director and co-founder of Unlimited Potential an organisation that provides one to one programmes globally and also focussed on developing coaching cultures within all types of organisations. 

Tim has very strong experience at executive and Chief Executive level within the NHS, local government and in the private sector.  

Expertise

Tim is a Chartered Mechanical engineer and began his career as an engineer, then project manager, for British Aerospace and then MBDA Missile systems.  It was during his time in the large corporate that Tim has a “Road to Damascus” moment, turned his back on engineering and moved into improving people performance through development.  His logical and unarguable approach to people development, based on his engineering upbringing make him a formidable and very challenging coach.
