Coaching philosophy
At the heart of my approach is a belief in the value of raising awareness in the coachee e.g. of their beliefs, goals, emotions, behavioural patterns, personal impact etc. I find that this helps individuals to identify new ways forward as they feel more empowered to make choices about the changes they want to make or goals they want to achieve. I seek to do this through "being present", deep listening, asking questions and offering feedback and challenge in service of the coachee.
