In addition, he has Recognised Teacher Status at Cranfield University, teaches leadership skills using blended learning techniques and is accredited to the ILM to teach Level 5 Coaching Certificates and Diplomas.
Coaching style
Richard gets results. He does this by working co-creatively and by keeping clients present-centred within their organisational frame of reference. He will challenge archaic thinking and attitudes and loves to share tools and skills. He likes to set up disconcerting dilemmas, spot games and discounts and will challenge people to be the age they are. Coaching philosophy
Richard’s coaching philosophy is based on the fact that we are all Ok and can think for ourselves and can choose to make changes. Even when we feel Not Ok, we can still learn new tools and techniques to improve our self-awareness and remain thoughtful and skilful in the moment. He believes that although we can’t change the past, we can change the stories we tell now and can create new and positive stories for ourselves.
