Coaching philosophy
I believe coaching is about enabling people to identify what is important to them, personally and professionally, and then working with individuals to understand what is helping and what is hindering them achieving this. I also believe coaching enhances performance and effectiveness by maximizing on strengths as well as increasing awareness of alternative approaches. My approach is underpinned by a passion to facilitate the development of others and I use models, tools and approaches where appropriate. My coaching is based on a partnership model and balances action focus with learning, and emotional reflection.
