Paddy draws on his multi-sector background in management and leadership roles, spanning 25 years. He started his career in public sector Sports & Leisure Management, moving into Third Sector Community Development and Mental Health provision, before commencing work in the private sector as a Director in Management Consultancy & Training. For the past 10 years, he has worked as a full-time Coach & Counsellor and heads up a successful wellbeing company in the North of England.

Coaching philosophy
Paddy has a humanistic coaching philosophy, with the general principle being that effective coaching works to support the individual as a whole.
