Marie has spent her professional career in recruitment and coaching within a variety of industries such as banking, insurance, marketing, fitness, consultancies and technology. She has worked with a diverse array of clients from graduates to C.E.O’s, in particular senior managers, entrepreneurs, consultancy professionals, elite athletes and women returners. She previously worked within a number of high level investment banks as a recruitment manager, including Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, as well as for two prominent recruitment companies.


Marie’s expertise lies in helping her clients gain a deep understanding of themselves by looking closely at their personality, thoughts, emotions and behaviours, as well as their strengths and values. She believes that it is from this understanding that they can gain awareness of who they are, as well as who they are being, and thus achieve real clarity, insight and acceptance. This ultimately leads to the ability to make any professional and personal transformation they so desire.

Coaching style

Feedback from her clients is that Marie’s style is empathetic, supportive and non-judgemental, which allows her to build a strong rapport and trust with all her clients. Her approach is to look at the whole picture, rather than just the issue at hand, and by ‘holding up a mirror’ is able to get to the heart of the matter swiftly. Her warm and friendly manner enables her clients to open up and fully engage in the coaching process so that they are able to get as much value as they possibly can from it.

Marie is constantly learning new techniques and gaining a deeper understanding of what makes human beings behave and feel the way we do, through reading prolifically on the subject as well as being an avid Ted Talk follower. She is continually incorporating these learnings and ideas into her coaching.

Coaching philosophy

I help my clients rewrite the stories they have about themselves into a powerful narrative that aligns with their core values and goals. I believe the fundamental key to their success is learning self-compassion and the courage to be vulnerable. By building a strong and solid foundation, they can create any story for themselves they so wish, which not only makes them powerful, but also allows them to live wholeheartedly.
