
Experience
Linn has worked in coaching and at Exec/Non-Exec Director level for over 20 years. Her background is in the transport industry, where she negotiated several commercial contracts of over £100M pa. Her long experience of working in the Boardroom gives her a direct insight into how senior individuals and teams behave and achieve – and how they can choose to change.
Expertise
Linn is a qualified Executive coach and workplace mediator. Her expertise is in “critical friend” roles, using insightful questions and appropriate challenge, to help managerial – and clinical – leaders to reflect on their behaviours, values, relationships and impact. She has worked with a wide range of clients, in public, private and voluntary sectors. She has a particular interest in people in transition, be that between cultures or roles. She has also worked with senior managers facing performance issues, to improve their personal influence and effectiveness.
Coaching style
Linn’s style is essentially facilitative. She uses a wide range of techniques and approaches, to support her clients in developing greater insight and to identify and move towards their goals.
