Listening, and then really listening, to her coachees and asking powerful questions is vital. This leads to enhanced self-awareness, and helps individuals to focus on their behaviours ‘in the moment’ - so they become aware of ongoing patterns that are impacting the results in all areas of their business life.
Linda provides positive support, feedback and advice to individuals to improve personal effectiveness in the business setting. As a coach, she offers useful tools and models to deepen insight and promote successful personal change.

Coaching philosophy
Linda firmly believes that all coachees have the resources within themselves to achieve their desired goals - her role is to help them identify where there are currently blocks to their success, and enhance the inherent talents that they already possess. This is done through the coachee’s increased self-awareness and confidence.
Linda thoroughly enjoys the interaction with those that she coaches, and takes great satisfaction in seeing her coachees achieve their goals.
Linda believes the coaching relationship is a reflective and explorative partnership. This partnership is based on non-judgement and high positive regard for the coachee, with her guiding the coachee through their learning journey to achieve their goals.
