Jane is a qualified executive coach and trainer who specialises in enhancing organisational and individual performance for both individuals and teams, with a vast understanding of working within the commercial sector of Wales. She has currently been shortlisted for “Executive coach of the Year” with the International Coaching Academy. She is an accredited trainer and coach for ILM management and leadership programmes for a diverse range of Companies, including the delivery of programmes such as leadership behaviour and its impact on teams, coaching for performance, strategic planning for business growth, emotional intelligence and team dynamics, with the primary aim of enhancing individual and team performance. Jane is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, an accredited facilitator and coach for Emotions and Behaviour at Work, ILM 72 and DISC psychometric profiling. She uses these methods to help managers and teams benchmark their emotions and behaviours and develop their ability to become high-performing individuals. By combining her experience of working within the corporate environment of developing strategic business activities at senior level for over 12 years, with a strong holistic approach and performance psychology training, Jane has the perfect foundation to understand and develop other people’s leadership skills

Coaching style

Jane uses a solution-focused methodology to help “shift” client’s mindsets to enable a positive outcome. Her empathic approach facilitates both individual and teams to identify development needs and take ownership of solutions. Her style is warm, humorous and practical, with a focus on confidence, motivation, awareness of behaviour patterns and the impact these have on others. Her passion for coaching is based on the enjoyment of motivating and mentoring other people and a belief that anything is possible if someone really wants it. She believes that understanding one's personal values and "integrity gaps" with others creates a reference point to choose behaviours, make decisions and improve performance.
