Jane is a qualified executive coach and trainer who specialises in enhancing organisational and individual performance for both individuals and teams, with a vast understanding of working within the commercial sector of Wales. She has currently been shortlisted for “Executive coach of the Year” with the International Coaching Academy. She is an accredited trainer and coach for ILM management and leadership programmes for a diverse range of Companies, including the delivery of programmes such as leadership behaviour and its impact on teams, coaching for performance, strategic planning for business growth, emotional intelligence and team dynamics, with the primary aim of enhancing individual and team performance.
