Jacqueline has twelve years as an executive coach and facilitator working with individuals and leading executive development workshops from five to a hundred and fifty participants, private executive retreats, and mastermind groups She has a proven ability to build, shape, drive, motivate and champion individuals and deliver effective strategies for managing teams, building influence and improving collaboration. She works with client to increase focus, confidence, communication and decision-making skills to improve communication between leaders and direct reports, engage employees and increase retention resulting in greater productivity and revenue.  Jacqueline is also the creator of The Fearless Factor Mastery Program and other leadership development materials.


Jacqueline is a transformational leadership coach, and accredited consultant for Human Synergistics bringing 21st century leadership skills to enterprises across the country.  As a leading expert on transformation change, she has worked with hundreds of executives and entrepreneurs to improve performance and accelerate change in their organization. Jacqueline’s global experience breaking through barriers and unleashing human potential to exalt, instruct and inspire have benefited people in organizations worldwide including Oracle, Wilbur Ellis, FBI, American Airlines, Standard & Poor’s, Maxim Integrated, Brocade, Samsung, Intel and more.   Jacqueline is also the author of When The Crow Sings, a novel, and The Fearless Factor. She holds a black belt in karate and a red belt in Tae Kwon Do, and is currently a keen Crossfit enthusiast who believes in living up to her potential. She considers herself a global nomad after twenty years of global living, but has laid down roots in California since 2013.
