Henriëtte has lived and worked as an executive and communications trainer as well as a personal coach in three different countries – Brazil, China, and the United States. During this overseas work she witnessed how different organisations and cultures can be like, she also learnt how to appreciate both the successes and pitfalls of these cultures.

Creating awareness about how to collaborate with other nationalities in different international settings to work effectively and efficiently requires a global skill set. Henriette helps support managers in their international environment by understanding the cross-cultural differences.  She is focused on developing leaders and managers in the corporate world; both as a facilitator, and an executive business coach and trainer. Some of her clients include Booking, Heineken, Unilever, Exxon Mobile, Tyco and Shell.

She is passionate about guiding others to be the best they can be, to professionally overcome challenges and be effective in the executive world, and grow to their full potential - both from a business perspective as well as a personal one.


Henriëtte is experienced in working with a range of clients from working with individuals to large and small international organisations, not-for-profits,  governments, as well as commercial businesses.  Henriëtte experience allows her to train and coach in English, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese.

Henriëtte's main goal as a coach is to facilitate the process the client is going through by defining and achieving what they want for themselves – who the client ultimately wants to become.  

She is dedicated to helping clients connect with their sense of strength.  To make choices with responsibility, unleash their potential to achieve their objectives, and pursue life with purpose and joy.

Coaching philosophy

People come to me for coaching because they want a change in their lives, they seek help to evoke a transformation.  Coaching is a process that helps us get the most fulfillment out of our work and our personal lives.  It is the coaching relationship that gives power to the coaching process. 

I help my clients connect with their strengths.  Have them make choices coming from a powerful perspective, holding them accountable as resourceful, and whole people.  unleashing their potential to overcome their challenges and achieve their objectives. I am curious to explore what works for them — what brings energy and what drains their energy.  This is a process from inside to outside from feeling fulfilled and joyful towards having a meaningful job and career. In an international setting I'm committed to create cultural awareness and it’s leverage to my clients to working effectively and efficiently.
