Gisele F

Experience

Gisele has dedicated all of her professional life to the development of people’s careers inside corporations. Her contribution and effort to the success of several enterprises in different business areas is noteworthy.  As a consultant and executive on Human Development and Resources, she had the opportunity to experience all the multiple subjects related to Administration and Leadership, without getting away from her main passion: training people.

Expertise

Gisele has coordinated more than 250 projects related to people development, training and coach.  She has a lot of skills on managing and communicating to any group size - up to several hundred people at the same time - not to mention her amazing insights on coaching.  Gifted with an effortless empathy, she is able to keep up with all levels of the enterprise, from the top management to the blue-collar workers.  All that training and expertise allows her to teach workshops and lecturing of several different subjects and contexts, as well as coach to any kind of audience.

Coaching style

Gisele has got a handful of different approaches - because no player is alike. Some of them are motivated by one specific kind of approach; some others need a completely different one. It is important to find out the right approach in order to keep players enthusiastic and motivated.  There is a greater chance of this happening if the coach is flexible enough to change styles within a session, adapting it on-the-fly, if necessary, to the situation and needs of the players.  The first thing is to identify their goals, the second one is to raise awareness of their behaviour and impact - and them explore their options and let them make choices for themselves.

Qualifications

After graduation in Psychologist and Pedagogue, Gisele spent a lot of quality time on her own professional development, including several trainings and internships in foreign countries, including: International Coaching Certification (Lambent), Coach Certification (ACT Coaching), Leadership (University of Michigan Business School), Sales & Marketing (University of Michigan Business School), Business Education (Columbia University Teachers College).

Coaching philosophy

Gisele believes that any potential within human beings can be awaken and then used to determine their own growth. The coach’s mission is to help that awakening, inspire the subjects and help them pave their way - while developing their inner and outer potential.  Her goal is having everyone leaving her coach session better than when they came in, so she can make a real difference on people's lives.

I connected with my coach on our very first call and I believe that made the whole difference for me. I wish I could dig deeper on some of my remaining issues but unfortunately all good things have to end. I will definitely recommend coaching and have been already doing it for while. It definitely changed my life.

Tim has provided some high quality coaching support to me through a time of transition both in terms of job, career and organisational changes. He is a skilled and experienced executive coach who facilitated just the right mix of reflection, future visioning, challenge, compassion and stretch. I’d strongly recommend working with him if you are going through a career or organisation transition. Fun to work with, I always left my sessions with him feeling significantly clearer and more content with my overall direction of travel and next steps.

“I selected my coach on the basis that she had a completely different approach to my structured way of thinking. Katherine challenged me and took me way out of my comfort zone – scary and uncomfortable at times but eye-opening. These coaching sessions enabled me to see things from a very different perspective, gave me the time and space to reflect on my practice and provided practical tips and approaches as to how I can develop my performance.”

Please continue with the programme. For a guy, like Paul, who does not use the word 'fantastic', who then uses it..it must be really good!

Everyone learnt a lot about themselves and others. It was the first training in English that one of my mentors had done and it was really successful for him. We have all come away feeling more confident. I have been on many development programmes and I have to say it has been one of the best I have ever attended.
