Gilles is a seasoned, multi-cultural Business Mentor and Executive Coach, in the past 18 years he has worked with more than 30 senior leadership teams and over 300 top executives, representing more than 3000 hours of executive and team coaching. Gilles is developing and delivering accredited coaching training programs for professional coaches as well as for executives and managers. He supports organisations in developing internal coaching/mentoring programs and develop a coaching culture. Gilles is a member of the Mentoring Faculty of Mowgli Foundation (UK) and mentors start-up entrepreneurs in the Middle-East, and is supporting Coaching and Mentoring programs for the Beautiful Soul in Senegal, Save The Children organization in West Africa and YE community in Asia and Africa.  Gilles is a founding member and present President of the Hellenic Coaching Association (HCA/EMCC) and acted during 3 years as VP Standards for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC International)

Coaching style

Gilles coaching style is Situational and Client Centric depending on Client and situation, it can vary from 'non-directive' to 'co-creation'. Gilles always ask questions which invite the Client to think at new levels about his/her opportunity or problem. He use examples from his own extensive and multi-cultural business experience in Coaching and Consulting to help clients expand the range of ideas and solutions they consider.

Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner (Synolic - Greece)
Certified expert consultant in Leadership Transformation (HayGroup – USA)
Fluent in French, English and Greek.

Coaching philosophy

I truly think that clients do not need any kind of fixing and they have inside them all the Potential of energy and resources to fulfil their professional and personal aspirations. The role of the Coach is to help Client discovering and utilising at best this potential.
