Having completed her first degree in psychology, Georgina started her career working in the advertising industry, before completing a Masters in Occupational Psychology. She then moved into the areas of internal communication and branding, working for a London based consultancy, before moving to South Africa with a global consultancy. As well as internal communications, she specialised in the areas of team and individual management and engagement, change management and customer service. She has experience in a wide variety of sectors gained in a career spanning over 25 years, as a consultant, facilitator and coach. She has worked with some of the world’s leading companies and brands, across both Europe and Africa. Clients have included Shell, Unilever, Old Mutual, Glaxo SmithKline, Volkswagen and the University of Oxford


As a business psychologist, coach and facilitator, Georgina has worked with employees at all levels in a wide variety of business sectors in areas such as, strategy and goal setting, leadership and management development, change management, productivity, focus and time management, team work and development, and customer service.

Coaching philosophy

I am passionate about understanding people and helping them to achieve their full potential. Whether working with investment bankers in Europe or factory workers in Africa, I have found that people’s needs, motivations and feelings of self-belief and achievement in a business are the same the world over. I believe that life is just too short to put up with anything less than a business or career that fills you with vitality and purpose.  I find it is sometimes the smaller, smarter steps that create the biggest leaps. My goal is to help my clients fly higher with sharper focus and in doing so get both faster and better results for both themselves and their teams.
