Coaching philosophy
Gareth believes that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole. He sees his role as coach as being to raise awareness and to support and challenge towards a desired outcome. Gareth strongly believes that there is no ‘ultimate approach’ to coaching and that effective coaching involves using models and methods interchangeably to fit the need.
