Françoise Emery is a professional development and leadership expert, working with Executive Teams and Board Members of large International organisations. She draws on 30 years’ business experience across a wide range of industries, as can be seen from her client list. Having worked in various parts of the world, she has an international perspective, which enables her to bring out the best from culturally diverse teams.  Françoise is French, bi-lingual, and was brought up in highly integrated, multi-cultural Mauritius, and lives in the UK. She has three grown-up children and also works with young people who have lost their ways in schools and helping them to connect with their potential.  She is passionate about learning, especially relating to organisation psychology and Emotional Intelligence and NLP.


Françoise started her career in the banking industry where she worked as an Investment Specialist with Lehman Brothers and Harrods Bank.  Then she moved into business development, building and leading high performing teams across Europe, as a VP with Ried Thunberg & Co Inc working in partnership with Reuters, Bloomberg and Dow Jones.  She went on to set up her own businesses which lead to major contracts, supplying her own brand products to the Tesco and Waitrose supermarket chains.  Since 2001, as an Executive Coach her assignments include working with senior teams in major international clients, and her portfolio now includes industries from Banking and Finance, through Retail and Food, IT and Pharmaceutical to Energy and High Technology and Government Organisation.

Coaching style

Understanding the constant change in business environments and the considerable impact it has on the people is the driver and foundation of her business.  She uses effective models to help individuals and teams work their way towards a clear and common vision.  Françoise is a catalyst for change.  She believes that Leadership and vision starts at the top and she challenges the existing mindsets, behaviours and strategies, seeking more cohesive and effective ways to work and grow the business.  She has a natural talent for unlocking the potential of each individual to deliver and work as a team.
