
Experience
Eva has over 200 hours of coaching under her belt and brings fourteen years of experience working in professional services and blue-chip organisations including PA Consulting Group and Osborne Clarke LLP to her coaching practice. With a Learning and Development background, Eva also has experience of the whole development journey to support organisations, from the initial learning needs analysis, through to design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions.
Expertise
Eva helps her clients identify their core strengths using a range of psychometrics and then supports the application of these strengths in a practical context. This combination enables her clients to raise their self-awareness and leverage their strengths which leads to increased levels of performance and effectiveness in their roles. Continually curious about what drives human behaviour and how this can impact on relationships and ultimately, performance at work, Eva has studied with the UK Association for Transactional Analysis. When appropriate, Eva uses Transactional Analysis frameworks to help her clients understand more about their own and their colleague’s behaviour and impact.
Coaching style
Coaching is a natural fit for Eva's personal strengths of communication, positivity and collaboration. This combined with her years of experience of working with leaders in fast paced and dynamic organisations, enables her to help others to maximise their potential and performance through her supportive and challenging coaching style.

Eva believes that the role of the coach is to work in a collaborative partnership with her clients, to think creatively and differently about the challenges the client is facing, and to forge a new direction or destination that is different to the status quo.
