Christine began her formal coaching career in 2003 and specialises in working with new and existing leaders in the public, private and voluntary sectors. A British national and UK/US dual citizen, she is based in Portland, Oregon in the United States. Born, raised and educated in the UK, Christine has an extensive background in local and national government. With 13 years’ experience in community relations for the MOD, as well as 12 years as a cross-cultural coach and trainer working with high-level executives embarking on overseas assignments, Christine brings a wealth of intercultural awareness, sensitivity and diversity to her coaching. With a special interest in healthcare, wellness and public health her work has included projects with the National Health Service in Scotland, the American Medical Association Alliance at national, state and county levels, and several public health departments throughout the US. In addition, she has a strong background working with executives in the pharmaceutical industry, notably Pfizer Inc and Zoetis.
Equally comfortable coaching individuals as well as teams and groups, Christine’s expertise is in taking a systems approach to coaching. Her cutting edge, advanced training in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching has equipped her to work with small groups to large teams, as well as individuals.
