Coaching style
Christopher has a ‘person centred’ style believing that individuals should have the opportunity to consider a wide range of techniques and approaches. Often they limit the options and strategies to the world of their work. They forget, sometimes, to draw on the rich and extensive source of knowledge and experience that they have gained from activities in other parts of their lives. Christopher’s approach seeks to remedy that!

Coaching Philosophy
Christopher sees his role, as a coach, to be a guide on an individual’s journey as they seek to achieve their full potential. He is a firm believer that ‘to know and not to do is not to know!’
So his approach is one of helping to build an individual’s confidence so that they are able to achieve all they wish to achieve. He then works with them to develop a plan for to do just that. How many times has a plan failed to be realised, because, although the individual has a clear idea of what they wish to achieve they do not do so because they don’t have a plan? Christopher sees part of his role to encourage individuals to develop that plan and journey with them as the plan becomes a reality.
