As a coach/mentor Angela has worked with individuals at manager and director level both in the private sector and for charities. Her focus of practice therefore covers; 1:1 coaching and mentoring, leadership development, change management, strong experience of business in particular in the sales environment.
Angela has over 30 years of experience working with sales teams, including successfully leading them through situations of change and developing her sales managers so that the teams delivered good growth.
Angela has worked in retail, in corporate business and in the professional industry. Before qualifying as a professional Coach-Mentor she was an active practitioner of a coaching style with her sales team in order to enhance their performance capabilities
Angela’s experience has provided her with a wealth of practical skills that are all backed up and strengthened by her qualification in Coaching and Mentoring. She has an in depth knowledge of what sales skills are vital in today’s business markets.
