As a coach/mentor Angela has worked with individuals at manager and director level both in the private sector and for charities. Her focus of practice therefore covers;  1:1 coaching and mentoring, leadership development, change management, strong experience of business in particular in the sales environment.

Angela has over 30 years of experience working with sales teams, including successfully leading them through situations of change and developing her sales managers so that the teams delivered good growth.

Angela has worked in retail, in corporate business and in the professional industry. Before qualifying as a professional Coach-Mentor she was an active practitioner of a coaching style with her sales team in order to enhance their performance capabilities

Angela’s experience has provided her with a wealth of practical skills that are all backed up and strengthened by her qualification in Coaching and Mentoring. She has an in depth knowledge of what sales skills are vital in today’s business markets. Angela enjoys working with people to help them understand, develop and embed successful sales skills that enable them to achieve success.

Angela has a strong track record of overachieving sales targets in challenging market conditions. She is therefore perfectly suited to act as a coach for the overall Sales Team but also as an Individual Coach-Mentor to pass on her in-depth experience of this unique market and client group.
