Agnes has worked for 15 years, 10 of which were abroad (USA, Romania, France, Germany), operating large international companies such as Siemens, Dannon and Faurecia. She has managed complex and challenging contexts, such as mergers, acquisitions, globalisation or critical economic or operational crisis. Agnes has been in diverse strategic and operational positions of performance management, and has led worldwide teams, in areas such as strategic planning, finance, sales and marketing, project and acquisition or purchasing. Agnes knows and deeply understands large matrix organisations, tools, stakes and performance pressure in multinational companies and teams. Her expertise lies in follow up, measurement and performance improvement in intercultural and cross functional teams.
