Coaching philosophy
“I believe that coaching conversations break down barriers and negative thoughts to achieving success, enabling clients to reach their full potential and to develop skills and a mindset to help them overcome what may be currently holding them back. I believe in a non directive coaching approach, helping to unlock the clients own solutions. I believe in providing high levels of support and challenge, focused on the clients’ needs. The process of exploration can be difficult and sometimes not straightforward, but rewarding and sustainable once the client has unlocked their self-development that allows them to grow, flourish and succeed personally and organisationally.”
