Kate is an Executive Coach and Organizational Development Consultant, working with high achieving executives, physicians and leadership teams. A background in psychology enables her to look at problems from an internal and individual perspective, creating tailor-made solutions to develop coherence and sustainable change.

Experience
Kate is an experienced coach with 20 years experience in psychological approaches with individuals, groups and organizations. Working with a wide range of difficulties she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in understanding and implementing unique solutions for organizational growth, culture change and personal development across all aspects of life and work.
Kate has worked within the National Health Service, Prison Service and the private sector in the UK as a Clinical Psychologist, prior to starting an Executive Coaching and Consultancy Business in the USA.
Coaching style
With a background in Clinical Psychology, Kate is able to draw on a wide range of theoretical and evidence based approaches in order to develop customized solutions for each client. Her coaching style is person centered, looking at the current situation and the underlying reasons for difficulties in order to explore beliefs and values.
Clients report feeling understood, heard and able to make dramatic changes in their situations as a result of working with Kate. She has strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of the neuroscience and cognitive-behavioral patterns underlying peoples’ actions and beliefs, and is able to leverage this in order to help people gain a better understanding of their own situations.
