Experience

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became a private client stockbroker and corporate financier. Ultimately, he became Chief Executive of the leading provincial group, Henry Cooke, Lumsden. Subsequently, as a consultant, he led a London Stock Exchange project focused on AIM (the Alternative Investment Market), interim managed an international medical technology company leading to its sale to a listed company.

Expertise

Extensive and continuing work in the USA; was interim managing director of an Anglo-Israel medical technology company. Has dealt with clients in and from Australia, France, Spain, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Has built an understanding of different cultures. David has chaired several businesses ranging from commercial property to recruitment, publishing and retail. As part of his executive and business coaching, he ran two peer groups for managing directors and chief executives and runs training workshops and gives talks in communication, thinking with the whole brain, driving understanding and mutual trust in teams and boards.
