Coaching philosophy
Leadership is not all about deploying brilliant strategy; it is as much, if not more, about helping employees understand the vision, getting them to buy into the plan and ensuring them feel supported in their jobs. If people don’t believe in what they are doing then they will not make the sacrifices necessary, nor have the passion within to make it all work. Coaching is the gateway to this understanding.
