Alison is an Executive Coach with fifteen years of board level experience. Alison has worked in senior Human Resources and executive coaching roles for national organisations such as Pace, EMI, Morrisons plc, Wolseley plc, Provident Finance and Kelda PLC/Yorkshire Water. Her experience of working with individuals and teams often sees her dealing with individuals who operate outside their comfort zone and with leaders who are leading and managing through transition.
