What it involves?
You will be committed to attending the monthly meeting with a group of likeminded CEOs where you will be engaged, challenged and held to account for your actions/inactions. There is no place to hide.
You will also be pushing and challenging the other members of the group and holding them to account in the same way.

The monthly meeting is a whole day away from your business where you can focus on you and the business, working on the business away from the everyday pressure of working in the business.

During the speaker day you will hear from a world-class guest speaker about a topic of expertise which you will be able to immediately use to assist you in becoming a better leader. These speakers give a morning’s masterclass on their area of specialism so that you can distil all their knowledge and techniques and immediately take away skills which will improve you and your business.

The afternoon session begins with a business presentation by the meeting’s host, this may also include a tour of their premises (you will be expected to host a meeting every 18 months or so, on a rotational basis), followed by a members’ issues session where we discuss a particular issue a member is having using our tried and tested formula.

Outside of the monthly meeting you will also have a 2 hour 1-2-1 specialist coaching with an expert who will push you personally and set targets for your continued personal development.
