We offer 4 different types of coaching & mentoring. These are Executive, Middle Manager, Junior Manager and then Specialist Coaching or mentoring. These are designed to be used by you at all levels in your organisation and can be implemented ether on a level by level or all 3 direct at once for maximum impact in the shortest possible time. Specialist coaching is for a particular sector or for developing a coach into an expert. 

All of the packages below may be offered as a mentoring package where the coach comes with some skills that they are prepared to transfer with the coachee if required,  just ask what level of mentoring you want for each programme and we will provide the right expert.
