Trevor is an experienced trainer and coach who specializes in working with ‘the business leaders of the future' helping them build the knowledge, skills and confidence to develop themselves, their teams and their organizations; he is particularly successful in working with managers, directors and owners of small and medium size organizations where small changes can make a big difference. His own business experience has included a career in corporate management (during which time he headed up operating divisions for three leading companies managing sales, marketing and production teams and leading successful change management programmes), following which he moved on to form his own successful business development consultancy, working with a variety of innovative and entrepreneurial companies in the UK and Europe.
During the last ten years Trevor has focused on developing people's ability to achieve their goals by helping them understand new concepts, change their thinking and behaviours and communicate more effectively. He achieves this by weaving together his business knowledge, his skills as an NLP Master Practitioner and Certified NLP Trainer, and his experience of working with people from all walks of life
