Robin has been coaching individuals on career, work and business issues for the last 15 years. He works with clients from all sectors and all occupations. With a strong background in training, he also runs group events on similar themes.
Robin's business career covers managerial roles in IBM, Bankers Trust and Saudi International bank. Subsequently he worked in search and selection for Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC), carrying out senior recruitment assignments for clients.
This was followed by several years as a career coach at KPMG and then Penna, where as a Managing Consultant, he ran the City and Crawley offices and their teams.
Since 2002, he has run his own business, specialising in one-to-one and group coaching in business skills and work-related topics. He is particularly interested in communication in the work place and in helping individuals understand their own style of operating and the impact it has.
Robin did his counselling training with Metanoia and coaching training with the Centre for Coaching, run by Professor Stephen Palmer. He is Level A and B qualified by the British Psychological Society in occupational testing and personality assessment.
