René Korbel has experience in coaching at executive level for the business leaders of today.
Graduating in 1954 with over 27 years experience as a marketing manager, business leader or chairman in companies such as BASF, Südmilch, fischer Befestigungstechnik, Haniel, Hilti, Eternit AG and Ergoline. René has gathered experience of the highs and lows of commerce to result in success.
He has coached both teams and individuals in many areas including: Corporate positioning, turn-around management, implementation of process innovation and optimisation of company portfolios. Product development and brand marketing, sales (both wholesale and retail), company valuations, joint-ventures, departmental management, cost control, inter-cultural management, personnel and changes in leadership styles and rewards systems both in Germany and abroad.
René also studied intensive psychological topics at the University of Mannheim which he feels over later years has helped him to expand his ability to understand his coaches needs and help them to reach their full potential.
René is based near Frankfurt and operates as one of Unlimited Potential's German based coaches. He is fluent in both German and English
