With a twenty year history in Manufacturing, Peter has run many manufacturing plants and been responsible for 1000s of individuals at the cold face of manufacture and distribution. He has run plants for the Getinge group, Spirax Sarco and Monarch Aluminium.
He has specialist skills in delivering performance improvement using tools such as Kaizen. He is also skilled in delivering businesses into audits and compliance issues within the manufacture and distribution environment.
Peter is customer focused in all internal and external areas, emphasising the importance of total quality. He has a detailed knowledge of change management and commercial and manufacturing systems as experienced through managing rationalising projects and the transition from a family company to becoming part of an international plc
Peter takes a mentoring approach to his coaching programmes applying his experience of working with people at all levels to his clients. He has an excellent quality for listening and has a proven record for strong return on investment in his programmes.
