Lizzie is an experienced business leader and a qualified executive coach. She thrives on ensuring senior managers overcome any obstacles to reaching their full potential. Before becoming a coach, Lizzie worked for 20 years in several FTSE 250 companies in senior marketing and HR roles. Her coaching approach is therefore grounded in the commercial world - she understands the challenges of working in large organisations, of managing a team of people and delivering against a business plan.
Lizzie has worked with a wide variety of clients including Pol Roger, Logica, HBOS and BAE Systems. She brings with her over twenty-years' worth of impressive industry knowledge to her name, with eight years at Diageo, followed by senior marketing roles at Britvic and Pernod/Ricard
