Liz Pinfold

Liz Pinfold is an training and development consultant based in London, who has a particular interest in working with organisations operating in an international context. Her expertise, based on twenty years experience in a broad range of HR roles in a multinational oil company, centres on the development of continuous learning policies, processes and programmes which enhance both business competitiveness and individual potential.

She specialises in organisational development and continuous learning policies, processes and programmes, such as introducing competency frameworks and 360 feedback tools into organisations. She combines strategic thinking ability with the drive and communication skills to ensure the practical delivery and implementation of initiatives. Liz also works as an associate Executive Coach on Leadership Development Programmes run for Senior Executives by the Centre for Creative Leadership (Brussels) and INSEAD.

Liz studied French and Social Sciences at Reading University. She is also qualified as a Barrister in Law and is a Chartered Member (MCIPD) of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
